Now Open: USAA's New Financial Center in New York

Members of USAA now have a premier location where they can access a full range of USAA’s products, services, face-to-face advice and the latest technological advancements.

USAA’s 11th Financial Center opened its doors to customers, in Highland Falls, N.Y., at 529 Main Street. Since 1972 USAA has had a policy service office located directly outside of West Point’s Thayer Gate. This new state-of-the-art two-story, 6,000 square foot facility is the first USAA-owned building built from the ground up and replaces the temporary existing location at 346 Main Street.

We’re excited about expanding to a full financial center for easier access to USAA’s products and services, making it even more convenient for our members to do business with us in the Highland Falls area,” said David Bohne, president of the USAA Federal Savings Bank. “Response to our other locations has been terrific and we look forward to providing our members with local access to the latest technologies and the finest employees — employees who know how to serve USAA members.

At the center, members can work directly with a USAA member service representative to open a checking account, start an auto insurance policy or take advantage of many other services. For services requiring more in-depth assistance — such as financial planning, mortgage loans and life insurance — members can conduct face-to-face video conferences with specialized USAA employees. USAA ATMs are also available to withdraw cash and to deposit cash and checks into USAA banking accounts.
